Role Responsibilities • Need to be Curious about stocks and businesses

- Help Identify key insights, ratios, and long-term drivers for the top 500 companies in the World and Maintain the data for Review/Analysis for your Portfolio Manager
- Support research using our platform SecDiver
- Help drive the Sleep Well Investing mission through customer outreach and social media
- Engage with our community and help investors think like long-term owners

- You have brought/Sold stocks
- Bonus you know about US companies like Meta, Google, Amazon, Tesla, Nvidia

Role Description: The Customer Champion will help support and grow the Sleep Well Investing community. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, solving user issues, and ensuring a great customer experience.

You will learn and analyze stocks, identify key insights and important ratios, and help communicate business understanding in a simple way. This role is also an opportunity to learn deeply about businesses, investing, and long-term thinking while contributing to our research using SecDiver.

You will gather user feedback, understand customer needs, and help improve our platform and research tools through transparent communication, quality data, and collaboration with the team.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, eager to learn, and committed to helping investors understand businesses and think long-term.
