About the Role The Skill Development Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring skill development projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of program objectives. The role involves project planning, stakeholder coordination, team management, training oversight, and ensuring successful implementation of skill development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the implementation of skill development projects as per project timelines and objectives

Lead and coordinate training centres, project teams, trainers, mobilizers, and placement staff to ensure smooth project execution

Develop implementation plans, training schedules, and project work plans

Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, training agencies, and other stakeholders

Monitor the quality and effectiveness of training programs and ensure adherence to project guidelines

Review project progress, MIS reports, and key performance indicators to track project outcomes

Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports, documentation, and donor updates

Coordinate with mobilization and placement teams to improve enrollment, training completion, certification, and placement outcomes

Conduct regular field visits to training centres for monitoring, mentoring,



and quality assurance

Ensure proper maintenance of project documentation, beneficiary records, and MIS

Identify implementation challenges, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution

Stay updated on government schemes, skill development initiatives, and industry requirements to strengthen project implementation Qualification and Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field

5–6 years of experience in managing skill development or vocational training projects

Experience in implementing government-funded, CSR, or livelihood projects

Experience with NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, or similar skill development programs will be preferred

Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination Required Skills
