Job Summary The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.

- Coordinate and monitor the work of contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.

- Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory on site.





- Identify and resolve in office issues, delays, or conflicts promptly.

- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and attendance records.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.

- Enforce company policies, site rules, and quality control procedures.

- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervision role.

Pay: ₹10,139.08 - ₹18,343.10 per month
