Are you passionate about delivering flawless residential interior projects? We're looking for a SQC Cum DQC professional who can ensure exceptional site execution, design accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

? Experience: 2–5 Years

Location - Bhubaneshwar, Odisha Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct site quality checks (SQC) and ensure execution aligns with approved designs

✅ Validate 2D & 3D drawings against actual site conditions (DQC)

✅ Take accurate site measurements and identify deviations

✅ Verify placement of furniture, electrical, plumbing, and appliances

✅ Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and execution teams

✅ Manage client discussions, approvals, and resolve site-related queries

✅ Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis

✅ Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and project closures





✅ Ensure all quality checklists (electrical, layout, masking, etc.) are followed

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture (preferred)

✔ 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution, quality control, or project coordination

✔ Experience in residential interiors or modular kitchen projects

✔ Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and interpretation of 2D & 3D drawings

✔ Excellent understanding of site measurements and technical detailing

✔ Basic knowledge of material billing and quotations
