Company Description REFRACTORY ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED offers refractory installation and maintenance services for Iron & Steel Industry. We mainly work for integrated Steel Plants with minimum manufacturing capacity of 1 Million Tons per Annum.

Our main services include refractory application in Steel Ladle, Hot Metal Ladle, Torpedo Ladle, CONARC Furnace lining/Gunning/Fetling, BOF lining/gunning, Slide gate application, Plug application etc. Our existing clients are JSW Steel Dolvi, JSW Vijaynagar, AMNS Hazia, Jindal Ferrous Limited, TATA-NINL Jajpur.

Role Description

We are looking are Site-incharge for our Dolvi site where the candidate will be responsible to look after Iron-making zone (which includes Torpedo Relining area, BF-1&2, Pellet Plant, Sinter plant, Sponge Iron Plant, LCP etc).

Responsibilities:

- Preparing shift schedule depending upon manpower availability




- Keeping track of material consumption and maintaining daily job report for certification
- Job planning based on customer intimation
- Ensuring all the targets are being met
- Assessing performance of manpower
- Encouraging manpower for skill development
- Ensuring proper housekeeping after completion of job
- Keeping track of consumable items and initiating store keeper well in advance for replacements
- Ensuring secure working practices
- The candidate should have manpower sources in order to fill manpower in case of manpower shortages

Qualifications:

- B-tech/Diploma/BA in any field
- Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of refractory application in Steel Industry
