Designation-Site incharge Location-pan india : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Incharge to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining a secure and efficient working environment. Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

- Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is compliant with all relevant regulations.

- Monitor production output and adjust processes as needed to meet production targets.





- Maintain accurate records of production data and report on performance metrics to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that all production requirements are met.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.*
