About the Role We are a Mumbai-based dredging and marine works company looking for two Site Supervisors to be based full-time at our project sites. This is a ground-level field role — you will be the person on site every day, keeping things running, maintaining records, and making sure the team is working as it should. We are looking for someone with a Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree (diploma or BE/B.Tech) who has spent 2 to 4 years working on an actual site after their studies.

We are not looking for someone with a big CV. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and honest — someone who shows up every day, keeps track of what is happening, and communicates clearly with our team. If you have worked at a site before in any capacity and you are comfortable staying at a remote location for a year or more, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do – Be present at the site every day and oversee the day-to-day ground operations.

– Keep a daily record of work done — quantities of material dredged, barge movement in a easy Excel format on a laptop or phone.

– Coordinate with equipment operators and the local labour team to make sure work is running smoothly.

– Be the first point of contact when buyers come to collect material — guide them to the right area, ensure the correct quantity is loaded, and note down their details.

– Send a daily update to management every evening — a short report on what happened that day.

– Flag any problems — equipment issues, disputes,



safety concerns — to management immediately.

– Assist during periodic inspection visits by our client's officials — ensure records are in order and the site is presentable.

– Follow and enforce basic safety rules at all times — life jackets and helmets, no unauthorised persons in the working area.

What We Are Looking For – Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering — this is required. Freshers with the right degree will not be considered; we need someone who has spent time on an actual site after their studies. — this could be dredging, construction, river work, or any similar field job. We value someone who has actually worked on the ground over someone who has only worked in an office.

– Basic math — you should be able to count quantities, check figures, and spot if something does not add up.

– Basic Excel or similar apps on phone/laptop — enough to fill in a simple daily record sheet. We will train you on our exact format.

– Basic English — enough to read a simple instruction, fill a standard form, and send a short message. Full fluency is not needed.

– Willing to relocate to any work site. This is non-negotiable — the role requires you to be present on site, not commuting.

– Honest and dependable — we are a small team and we need people we can trust.
