Role & responsibilities

1. Project Supervision & Management: Oversee daily site activities, delegate tasks, and adjust schedules for each site to meet deadlines.
2. Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, provide technical advice, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to specifications.
3. Quality & Safety: Conduct quality checks, enforce safety regulations (HSE), conduct risk assessments, and ensure high standards.
4. Coordination & Liaison: Work with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that site work is executed without any setback.
5. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare site reports, manage project documentation, and report progress to management on bi-weekly basis.
6. Resource Management: Plan material needs, manage human resources for installation and ensure efficient resource use.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Technical Skills: Ability to read site drawings, understanding of building codes, solid analytical skills.
