Job Role

- Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Projects

- Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.

- Supervise site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery.

- Resolve technical issues and maintain construction and finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion.

- Interpret architectural drawings and interior design layouts.

- Supervise in office construction activities.

- Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

- Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Conduct regular site inspections.

- Resolve technical and construction-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with structural and finishing standards.

- Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout project execution.

Coordination & Collaboration

- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure technical feasibility and design implementation.

- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, contractors, vendors,



and other multidisciplinary teams.

- Support smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

Project Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare BOQs, project reports, and progress updates.

- Maintain project documentation and execution records.

- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience in corporate, commercial, or residential interior fit-out projects.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.

- Awareness of architecture and interior design trends.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of sustainable and modern construction techniques.

- Experience working with MEP, HVAC, contractors, and vendors.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
