Role & responsibilities

- Should have proven experience in execution of Water supply/ Water treatment/ETP/STP/ water pumping
- station/ lift irrigation project/ Power projects/ Hydel projects from concept to commissioning.
- Should have knowledge about Pumps, Motors, Transformers, HT/LT Panels/ Valves/ piping/ turbine/
- generator/ gear box/ EOT Cranes/ PLC & SCADA and other electrical, mechanical equipment and Instruments.
- Perform insulation resistance (IR), winding resistance, and continuity tests on pump motors and associated power
- Test High Voltage (HV) / Low Voltage (LV) switchgear, motor protection relays, and circuit breakers associated with the pump system
- Verify hardwired and software-based interlocks between the pump, field instruments, Distributed Control System (DCS), and SCADA
- Execute no-load rotation checks and full-load operational runs
- Should have positive problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with customer, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.




- Should be able to handle multiple projects and different locations.
- Coordinate all site acitvities and should handle project Individually.
- Should be capable of handling sub-contractors.
- Monitor project progress & ensure timely completion of project
- Prepare and submit project status reports to management for review.
- Ensure project safety and compliance with environmental regulations, Statutory compliance, labour
- compliance etc.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, correspondences with internal and external stake holders.
- Maintain all documents as per ISO requirements and project compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
- Manage sub-contractors for effective resource utilization and timely completion

Preferred candidate profile Valid Experience in site execution of EPC Projects in Water/Power/Irrigation
