Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Jodhpur.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities for building and infrastructure projects, with priority on railway and MES-related works.

Responsibilities include site planning, execution supervision, coordinating with planning and billing departments, managing BOQs and material requirements, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring progress, preparing and verifying measurements for contractor billing, resolving technical issues on site, and maintaining clear communication with project managers, consultants, and client representatives.

Engineer will also be expected to manage site documentation, support quality control procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and contract conditions.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to building works and infrastructure projects
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites, particularly government or MES projects
- Strong Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with multiple departments
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage solutions in civil engineering projects
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and contractor billing verification
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents accurately
- Effective communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Familiarity with relevant codes, MES and railway standards, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic engineering software and MS Office for reporting and documentation
- Solid problem-solving attitude and readiness to work full time on site in Jodhpur
