About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to oversee the execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction quality, timelines, and adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
- Manage material planning, usage, and site inventory.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Verify measurements, monitor work quantities, and assist in contractor billing.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution (course must be completed).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects.
- Robust understanding of RCC, finishing works, site execution, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to effectively coordinate with on-site teams and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work at project sites across Bengaluru and Karnataka as required.
