Purpose/Objective To support site-level contract administration and material management activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, timely processing of vendor bills, material availability, and coordination between project stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Operational Responsibilities - Monitor contractor activities and ensure work execution as per contractual terms and project schedules.

- Support contract administration and maintain records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, procurement, project, and finance teams for smooth execution of project activities.
- Track material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Verify contractor running bills and facilitate timely processing and payment.
- Monitor and maintain Bank Guarantee (BG) records.
- Support contractor performance evaluation and maintain related documentation.
- Identify contract-related issues and escalate concerns to the reporting manager.
- Assist in claim management, variation orders,



and change order documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and audit requirements. Coordination & Reporting - Prepare and maintain contract status reports, material tracking reports, and vendor performance records.

- Participate in contractor review meetings and track closure of action items.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial issues at site.

Qualifications and Experience

B.

Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline Experience 5-8 years of experience in Contract Administration, Billing, Material Management, or Project Coordination, preferably in Transmission Line, Substation, or Infrastructure Projects.
