Job Title: Sirion CLM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sirion CLM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team and support key client engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Sirion CLM platform, with the ability to manage the end-to-end design process, gather business requirements, and provide best practice recommendations to clients. This is a critical client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements across the contract lifecycle (request, draft, negotiate, approve, execute, obligations, renewals)

Map current-state contracting processes to Sirion's CLM capabilities and identify gaps

Design future-state workflows, approval matrices, clause libraries, and contract templates

Prepare functional design documents (FDS) and process flow diagrams for configuration teams

Facilitate requirement workshops with legal, procurement, sales, and other business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working with Sirion CLM platform.

In-depth understanding of Sirion system functionality, configuration, and workflows





Proven experience managing design and configuration end-to-end.

Ability to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Familiarity with CLM processes, contract management, and legal operations

Experience in functional consulting or business analysis within CLM/Legal Tech

Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS)
