Role: Site Acquisition / Network Expansion Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai,Pune, Kochi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, NCR, Jaipur,Chandigarh,Indore,Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and scout suitable land parcels for EV charging station deployment
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Manage end-to-end site acquisition process including documentation and agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deployment
- Maintain solid relationships with property owners, brokers, and vendors
- Ensure timely closure of sites as per business targets
- Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in:

- Telecom (Tower Installation / Rollout)
- ISP / Fiber Deployment
- Real Estate / Land Acquisition
