Shopify Inventory & Cataloging ExecutiveKey Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product cataloguing on the Shopify store.

Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and SKUs.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy across all sales channels.

Organize products using collections, categories, tags, and variants for easy navigation.

Perform bulk product uploads and updates using CSV files.

Ensure product information is complete, accurate, and follows company cataloguing standards.

Coordinate with the warehouse, merchandising, and procurement teams for inventory updates.

Track low-stock, out-of-stock, and discontinued products and update the website accordingly.

Conduct regular catalog audits to identify and resolve listing errors, duplicate products, or missing information.





Optimize product listings for better search visibility and customer experience.

Generate inventory, stock movement, and catalog reports as required.

Support new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional updates.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Shopify inventory management or cataloguing.

Robust knowledge of Shopify Admin, Excel/Google Sheets, and CSV imports/exports.

Understanding of product variants, collections, tags, and SKU management.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage large product catalogs and work within deadlines.

Basic knowledge of Shopify SEO and e-commerce best practices is an added advantage.
