Experience: 10+ years of field experience in the Steel industry is preferred.
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and quality control of a galvanising plant.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
- Proven ability to manage shop floor operations, ensure product quality, lead teams, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
