Role & responsibilities

- Ensure un-interrupted supply

- Ensure the plant operates at the best power efficiency point

- Ensure all Safe and Standard Operating Procedures are followed in the plant operations

- Ensure downtime is kept to minimum, in terms of Product Purities and Shutdowns

- Ensure safe and quick restart of the plant on any shutdown

- Monitor the equipment condition and the maintenance team for any abnormalities observed, before any breakdown occurs

- Frequent field visit for inspections and recording the field instrument readings. Report any abnormal readings to the shift-in charge

- Skilled at using the DCS

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced in Cryogenic Air Separation Plant Operation Minimum 7 years for capacity of minimum 1250 Nm3 plant

- Skilled at safe start and stop of the Air Separation Plant

- Good understanding of protected operation of the mechanical equipment (Air Compressor and Turbine, in particular)

- Knowledgeable in the safety aspects related to Air Separation Process
