Role Description The Shift Incharge role is a full time, on-site position based in Haryana, India. This role oversees daily operations during assigned shifts, including managing staff allocation, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production or warehouse activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, maintaining accurate shift documentation, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The Shift

Incharge also supports inventory checks, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives,



while guiding team members to meet performance targets and timelines.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong operational supervision and team management skills, including shift planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

Candidates should possess skills in process oversight and quality control, such as maintaining standards, checking outputs, and ensuring compliance with safety and company guidelines.

Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to handle shift-level issues, prioritize tasks, and implement practical solutions.

Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills, including clear reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field are beneficial, along with prior experience in shift management or supervisory roles.

Knowledge of basic computer applications, familiarity with inventory or production systems, and an understanding of safety regulations and workplace best practices are advantageous.
