What youll do:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online sites and solutions for various BUs.
- Design and develop Power Apps applications to support internal IT automation and business process workflows.
- Implement integrations with Office 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams.
- Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement governance policies for SharePoint sites, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Provide technical expertise in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Apps-related issues.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure best practices in UI/UX for SharePoint and Power Apps applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and effective utilization of SharePoint and Power Apps.





Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Office 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power BI).
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and security best practices.
- Ability to integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
