Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions using CSM, ITSM, and other relevant tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical architecture for IT asset management processes.

- Develop and maintain documentation of ITAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.

- Provide expert guidance on ITAM best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 5-16 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management (CM), or related field.

- Strong understanding of CSM, ITSM, ITIL frameworks and their application in an enterprise workplace.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful ITAM solutions using various technologies such as [list specific technologies].
