We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead with 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience and strong technical leadership capabilities to drive the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Integrations, and ServiceNow platform development, with the ability to lead technical teams, architect scalable solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow implementations, including design, development, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers by enforcing coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across ITOM, CMDB, and Integration modules.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and API Management.
- Lead ServiceNow to SailPoint integrations and other third-party enterprise integrations.
- Oversee platform administration, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, providing expert-level technical support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, documentation, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with 8â10 years preferred for Technical Lead roles.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ServiceNow customization.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow to SailPoint integrations and other enterprise integrations.
- Robust knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and API Management.
- Experience leading ServiceNow implementation projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
