About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT) Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, Telecom Order Management, and Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering telecom order management solutions that support end-to-end order fulfillment and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Telecom Order Management (OMT) .
- Build and customize catalog items, workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation to support telecom order fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with OSS/BSS, third-party applications, and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support Agile delivery, UAT,



production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development .
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) .
- Experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and REST/SOAP integrations .
- Solid understanding of telecom domain processes such as Order-to-Activate (O2A), Product Catalog, Order Fulfillment, and Service Provisioning .

Good to Have Skills

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and Telecom Order Management Certification .
- Experience with Telecom CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
- Exposure to Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow advanced capabilities .
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery environments .
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom digital transformation initiatives.
