Job Opening: ServiceNow SPM Architect

Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement ServiceNow SPM/PPM solutions.
- Lead portfolio, demand, resource, and financial management initiatives.
- Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and architecture decisions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, Jira, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise platforms.
- Define governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and best practices.
- Support end-to-end implementation, managed services, and knowledge transition.

Required Skills




- 10–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
- Expertise in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Exposure to SAP/Oracle, Jira, Azure DevOps integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and solution architecture skills.
- Experience in large SI organizations (Wipro/Accenture/TCS/Infosys/Cognizant, etc.) is preferred.
