We're Hiring: ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead - Bangalore We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead to own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

Role Summary The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow platform expertise combined with strong technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities , with a focus on:

- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Virtual Agent
- ServiceNow Integrations
- CMDB
- Now Assist / GenAI capabilities

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead / Solution Architect role.
- Solid development expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Delegated Development.
- Hands-on experience with CSM, Virtual Agent, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform integrations.
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0,



MID Server, IntegrationHub, Webhooks, and event-based integrations with platforms such as Jira, Azure, MS Teams, and Slack.
- Solid CMDB experience covering class modeling, CI relationships, reconciliation, discovery sources, and CMDB health KPIs.
- Experience designing and configuring Virtual Agent solutions, including NLU models, topics, dialog flows, and deflection strategies.
- Exposure to Now Assist / GenAI, including grounding responses using Knowledge and CMDB data.
- Strong knowledge of Domain Configuration, Update Sets, ATF, Platform Plugins, and ServiceNow Store Apps.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and technical documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- ServiceNow Certification is good to have.
