Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Discovery implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure best-practice implementations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication, expectation management, and project governance.
- Collaborate with change management teams to support user adoption, training, and business readiness.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution.




- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular project dashboards, executive reports, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
