We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead platform architecture, solution design, governance, and enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Define ServiceNow architecture, standards, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead solution design workshops and provide technical oversight for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Govern platform security, scalability, compliance, and best practices.

- Design enterprise integrations and drive automation initiatives.

- Mentor technical teams and support architectural decision-making across projects.

- Conduct architecture reviews, platform optimization, and lifecycle management activities.

Preferred Certifications:

- ServiceNow CTA/CMA/CIS

- TOGAF (Preferred)
