Role: ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer

Exp: 5+Years

Design and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist across IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk modules.

Configure and customize AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Virtual Agent to automate governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Develop intelligent conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Build reusable workflows, automation components, and platform-native solutions following ServiceNow best practices.

Establish AI governance, guardrails, and compliance controls to ensure secure and responsible AI adoption.

Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, security, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Support source-controlled development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of ServiceNow applications.

Troubleshoot platform issues, drive automation initiatives, and enhance employee productivity through AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
