Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Servicenow Integration Consultant role based in Bengaluru South. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring integration workflows and APIs, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing existing integrations.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to align integration solutions with business goals and compliance standards.



The consultant will also document integration designs, provide user support, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration practices and governance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, including requirement analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Candidates should possess experience in Integration and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for enterprise systems and data flows.

Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Workday and Workday Integration for HR and enterprise data connectivity.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

Candidates should possess proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, scripting (such as JavaScript), and common integration middleware or ESB tools.

Candidates should possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to security, compliance, and performance.

Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; professional certifications in ServiceNow or integration technologies are an advantage.

Experience working in global or multi-location environments and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is beneficial.
