✅ Design & implement Now Assist capabilities across:

Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Privacy

Enterprise Risk

Security Operations

✅ Configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for governance and compliance automation.

✅ Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.

✅ Develop reusable ServiceNow components using platform-native capabilities and support SDK/source-controlled development.

Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Robust experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules

Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and workflow automation

Knowledge of Business Continuity, Vendor Risk, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk

Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and automation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
