Implement and support HR Case Management| Employee Center| HR Catalogs| and Lifecycle Events.
Develop custom applications| workflows| and automations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
Configure notifications| approvals| SLAs| and business rules.
Create and maintain integrations with HR systems such as Workday| SAP SuccessFactors| and Oracle HCM using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement security controls including ACLs| roles| and data access policies.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders| business analysts| and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Perform unit testing| troubleshooting| defect fixing| and production support.
Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations.
Required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science|
Information Technology| or related field. 5-10 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience.
Strong knowledge of HRSD modules and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Experience with JavaScript| JSON| XML| REST APIs| and SOAP Web Services.
Experience in HR workflows| employee lifecycle processes| and service delivery automation.
