Required Qualifications

- Experience as a ServiceNow Developer delivering end-to-end platform solutions.
- Mandatory: Experience with Case Management, Service Delivery Workflows, or Constituent-Facing Solutions.
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Mandatory: Experience building and configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, including:

- Up-to-date Agent/User Experiences

- Page Composition

- Components

- Navigation
- Data-Driven Interactions
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- JavaScript

- Flow Designer

- Client Scripts

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- ACLs

- Integrations

- ServiceNow Configuration
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
- Experience with Now Experience Framework.
- ServiceNow Certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred.
