- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows.
- Develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB management, ITOM processes, and Discovery Studio integration.

Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts and its implementation in ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with developing custom modules using ServiceNow's development tools such as scripting languages like JavaScript or HTML.
