- Experience working on standalone and multidomain instances
- Strong ITBM configuration & administration experience (Ideation, Demand, PPM, Resource Management)
- Handson working knowledge of CMDB / CSDM
- Facilitate and support Change Management (including CAB meetings)
- Process RITMs, Incidents, and operational tickets
- Develop reports, dashboards, and templates (e.g., Incident templates)
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Developer Certification
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)




- Ability to translate business requirements into workable ServiceNow solutions
- Experience creating & managing Service Catalog items and workflows
- Support enduser requests and provide ongoing assistance
- Data analysis skills (interpretation & reporting)
- Ability to interact with internal customers to scope solutions and workflows
- Audit Change tickets as per Change Management policies
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to break down requirements, demo dashboards/reports to users
- Ability to manage multiple client requests with prioritization
- Strong clientinteraction and relationshipbuilding skills

Desired Skill/Good to Have

- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and maintaining upgrade testing protocols
- Ability to create/maintain system design & operations documentation
- Strong selfstarter who can independently manage work from home across multiple engagements
