The ServiceNow Developer will design, build, test, and deploy ITSM, CSM, and CMDB solutions, leveraging modern workspace experiences and generative AI capabilities within an international, cross-functional team. Experience working on agile projects would be highly beneficial. Excellent interactive communication skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Config: Develop and optimize solutions for ServiceNow ITSM, Case Management, Request Management, and Asset Management.
- Workflows & UI: Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and customize user experiences via Service Portal and Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
- Integrations & GenAI: Build and maintain API/Hub-based Integrations with third-party apps, and implement GenAI / Now Assist features.
- Platform Lifecycle: Create robust Reporting & Dashboards, manage Instance Upgrades, and build core components (Business Rules, Knowledge, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
- Agile Delivery: Manage user stories from backlog to production, write technical documentation, participate in weekly releases, and support UAT.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience focusing on core ITSM, configuration, workflows,



and scripting.
- 2–3 years developing scoped/global applications and scripting (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Operations Workspace, Case/Request/Knowledge Management, and Service Portal.
- Proven experience managing Instance Upgrades and building Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, and creating Reports & Dashboards. 6. Experience with Agile (Scrum), DevOps, and Update Set administration

Valuable To Have

- Experience implementing ServiceNow GenAI and Now Assist features.
- Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience.
- Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM, or ITIL Foundation.
