Solid hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect

Minimum 3+ years in an Architect role

Strong cross-module ServiceNow architecture experience

Enterprise-level ServiceNow solution architecture

Experience working across multiple ServiceNow instances / customers

Architecture Governance, Scalability, Security & Performance

ServiceNow Integrations with Enterprise Platforms

Strong Stakeholder Management & Leadership

ITSM & ITIL Framework

Pre-Sales / Bid Response / Tender experience

ServiceNow AI capabilities – Now Assist, AI Agents & Agentic AI

Technical Roadmaps & Architecture Planning

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

Mandatory Certifications

Must Have: Certified System Administrator (CSA) + Certified Application Developer (CAD).

At least ONE: CIS – Customer Service Management,



CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Discovery, or CIS – IT Service Management.
