Experience : 14-16 years

Skills : ServiceNow Platform , ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt), CMDB & CSDM, Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs), JavaScript / Glide API, ITIL v3/v4 – , Architecture Experience

Work Mode : Remote / WFH

Architecture & Design:

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
- Prepare HLD, LLD and architecture diagrams
- Design scalable and secure solutions

CMDB & ITOM Expertise:
- Architect CMDB aligned with CSDM
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
- Ensure data quality and governance

Platform Governance
- Define standards and governance




- Conduct Architecture and CAB reviews

Implementation Leadership
- Lead ServiceNow implementations
- Guide development teams and ensure quality

Integration & Automation:
- Integrate with cloud, AD, SAP and monitoring tools

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage business and IT stakeholders
- Lead solution discussions and workshops

Continuous Improvement
- Optimize performance and drive automation

- Improve SLA and MTTR

Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA

- CIS (ITSM/ITOM)

- CTA/CMA

- ITIL Foundation
