Manage and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB.

- Perform CI onboarding, updates, relationship mapping, and retirement activities.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy through reconciliation and data quality checks.
- Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance processes.
- Generate CMDB reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and IT Operations teams.
- 4-7 years of experience in CMDB or Configuration Management operations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Solid understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and CMDB data models.
- Experience with CMDB reconciliation, reporting, and data quality management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL Configuration Management processes.
