Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Technician role based in Pune and Hyderabad.

The Service

Technician will perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of CNC press brakes, shearing machines, turret punch presses, and related fabrication equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, carrying out troubleshooting and corrective actions, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves field service visits,



preparing service reports, coordinating with the technical and spare parts teams, and providing clear guidance to customers on proper equipment use and routine maintenance.

The Service

Technician will also support training for operators, uphold company service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills for CNC and fabrication machinery.

Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment support.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Maintenance skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.

Experience working with CNC press brakes, shearing machines, or similar industrial equipment is highly beneficial.

Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

Good communication skills, willingness to travel for service calls, and capability to work independently at customer sites.

Understanding of safety standards and safe working practices in industrial environments.
