- Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements

- Assemble the products as per specifications Installation ?

Receive Installation

Request ? Visit on-site for Installation ? Install the equipment ? Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs ? Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location ?

Provide on-site training to the customers Breakdown/Maintenance Service ? Receive break down/service & maintenance calls ? Visit customers and serve as customer facing technical resource who will resolve all customer queries ?

Consult with clients and end-users, to determine the nature of dysfunction in the equipment ? Collect detailed information,



perform thorough analysis and rely on experience and judgment to determine the most effective method of resolution. ? Work in collaboration with engineers and other senior staff as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution Service Operations ?

Register service calls in service register ? Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database ? Keep an inventory of products required for the repair work ? Ensure inventory required for servicing is maintained in valuable condition ?

Inspect all the products and make reports on replacement requirements of the products
