Profile: Service Manager

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

Industry: Earthmover & Construction Equipment [JCB]

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day service operations for Earthmoving and Construction Equipment.
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Support & Coordinate with service teams for efficient service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance.
- Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to the service team.
- Generate business for Parts & Service Revenue.

Role Requires:

- Diploma / B-Tech [ Electrical & Mechanical ]
- Experience: 5–10 years in Service Management of Earthmovers / Heavy Construction Equipment.
- Education: B-tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
- Strong knowledge of brands like JCB, CAT, L&T;, Komatsu, Volvo, Tata Hitachi, XCMG etc.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Robust team management and leadership qualities.
- Preferred candidates from local territory (Ajmer or nearby).
