Role Description The Service Head – EV Charging Infrastructure is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across multiple customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service teams, coordinating with engineering and project management units, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Service

Head monitors performance metrics, addresses technical issues, and drives continuous improvement in service processes and customer experience. The role also involves stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and strategic input on infrastructure upgrades and expansion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in EV charging infrastructure,



electrical systems, or power distribution, preferably in a service leadership or managerial role.

Robust people management skills, including team supervision, performance tracking, and resource planning.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and customer success.

Knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for EV charging systems.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills for engaging with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Experience with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, or mobility sectors is beneficial.
