Role Description The Service Engineering Specialist – HVAC is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC systems within airport hospitality facilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC equipment to maintain optimal temperature control and air quality.

The specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, respond to service requests from operations teams, and coordinate field service activities to minimize downtime. This role also involves providing technical support to colleagues, monitoring system performance,



documenting service activities, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Collaboration with vendors, facility managers, and other technical staff is essential to support a comfortable, efficient, and guest-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Service Engineering and Field Service skills for HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose faults, resolve issues, and guide in office teams.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess system performance, and recommend improvements.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC equipment in commercial or hospitality environments; familiarity with building management systems is an advantage.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, energy efficiency practices, and industry standards related to HVAC operations.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with flexibility for shifts and emergency call-outs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operations, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
