Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: ₹5.5 – 6.5 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
Office Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (First Saturday Working)
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Service Engineers with strong expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, assembly processes, and sensory inspection of products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical products, automotive industrial safety, and the ability to analyze physical product conditions, including robotics applications and theoretical-to-practical implementation.
This role requires a combination of hands-on technical skills, observation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, ensuring high-quality assembly and testing while applying engineering principles.
Objectives
Ensure end-to-end assembly, testing, and quality verification of mechanical and electrical products.
Conduct sensory, mechanical, and electrical checks to validate product performance.
Apply industrial safety standards, automotive robotics principles, and engineering theories to production and inspection.
Provide insights on product physical condition, performance, and reliability for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly & Mechanical/Electrical Work:
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products based on drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and sensory checks during assembly.
Validate assembly processes using engineering theories, robotics principles, and formulas where applicable.

Quality
Assurance & Observational Analysis:
Inspect and verify product physical state and functionality using hands-on and sensory techniques.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure product compliance with standards.
Conduct detailed investigation and reporting for defects, deviations, or safety concerns.
- Safety & Compliance:
Apply automotive industrial safety standards during assembly, testing, and product handling.
Ensure all procedures comply with internal and industry safety regulations.
Observe and document safety-related findings for team awareness and process improvements.

Process
Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
Collaborate with engineering, production, and product teams to optimize assembly and testing workflows.
Mentor junior engineers on mechanical/electrical assembly, sensory checks, and safety protocols.
Suggest improvements using observational analysis, robotics integration, and engineering calculations.
Important Required Skillsets
Technical Knowledge
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering expertise.
Hands-on experience with assembly processes, sensory inspections, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with automotive robotics, safety standards, and engineering formulas/theories.
Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and BOMs for assembly and QA purposes.
Quality & Safety Skills:
Strong observational skills to assess product physical condition.
Experience with industrial safety procedures and adherence to standards.
Ability to produce accurate QA, investigation, and process reports.
Process & Analytical Skills:
Analytical mindset to translate observations into actionable insights.
Ability to apply robotics, mechanical, and electrical theories practically.
Effective communication, technical documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
CTC & Advantages:
₹5.5 – 6.5 LPA depending on experience and expertise.
