Job Title: Service Engineer: Assembly & Quality Assurance
Location: Bangalore
Mode: Work From Home- Bangalore Based, (visits to Bidadi Industrial Area, Ramanagara Dist.)
CTC: ₹5.5 – 7 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
1 month at Haryana HO + 1 month at Chennai branch (Total 3 months)
Office Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (First Saturday Working)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to handle end-to-end mechanical and electromechanical assembly, quality assurance, and product testing. The role demands the ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings, run CAD simulations, and produce detailed QA and investigation reports — all while maintaining 100% accuracy and meeting daily production targets. Fluency in the local language and customer follow-up/market-development experience are important.
Objectives
Ensure end-to-end assembly, testing, and quality verification of mechanical and electrical products.
Conduct sensory, mechanical, and electrical checks to validate product performance.
Apply industrial safety standards, automotive robotics principles, and engineering theories to production and inspection.
Provide insights on product physical condition, performance, and reliability for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products per drawings and BOM/part lists, handling all daily production with precision and speed.
Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, vibration, and noise testing on all assemblies.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, and functional compliance; identify defects and prepare inspection and investigation reports.
Simulate assemblies in CAD software to validate processes and flag potential issues.
Maintain QA documentation and help update SOPs, quality standards, and inspection protocols.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams and mentor junior staff on assembly and QA procedures.
Important Required Skillsets
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, vibration, and noise testing.
Proficiency in CAD software for assembly simulation and presentations.
Strong understanding of BOM/part lists for assembly, inventory, and QA.
Sharp attention to detail for critical, 100% product checking, with accurate QA reporting.
Efficient time management, technical communication, and team collaboration skills.
