Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain digital textile printing machines at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide prompt after-sales service while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and configure digital textile printing machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and machine breakdowns.
- Conduct machine inspections and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
- Train customers and machine operators on machine operation, safety, and routine maintenance.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports after every customer visit.
- Coordinate with the technical and spare parts teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support machine upgrades, software updates, and calibration activities.




- Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing professional and timely support.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service procedures.
- Travel extensively to customer sites across assigned regions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting digital textile printing machines or similar industrial equipment.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, servo motors, VFDs, and control panels.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
