Desired profile of the candidate

- Min 5 plus years of experience in Automotive / Cutting Tool / any other industry

- Diploma/BE in Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical

- Having hands on experience in AC/DC Drives, utilities, Trouble shooting

- Candidate must have valuable communication skills

- Experience in PLC Programming & Trouble shooting

- Preferable from Vacuum Industry / Technology

- Must be ready to relocate to Bavla, Ahmedabad location.

- Must be willing to work for 6 days in 3 rotational shifts.

- The Incumbent is responsible for the preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment is the coating center.

- Primary Responsible for maintenance of coating machines, Degassing machine, Regrinding machines.

- Secondary responsible for Utilities (i)stripping, warm & cold-water plant (ii) compressors (iii)RO plant (iv) ETP (v)DG sets (vi)Transformer (vii)LT Panel (viii)Micro blasting.

- Carrying out the preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of machines.

- Updating and filling the Machine Trouble report and Machine History Card.





- Planning and execution of the weekly, monthly and half yearly maintenance and keeping records of the same including process equipment.

- Involvement in fulfilling the key objectives like (i) Energy cost control (ii) Reliability (iii) Repair & Maintenance cost control (iv)3) Maintain Machine Safety as per BTS directives

- Planning and control of spare parts management system.

- Working for continuous improvement & excellence in performance of function

- Oversee failures, initiate preventive Action, and Suggest Improvement Ideas.

- Taking initiative for making alternate spare parts for cost saving.

Operations

- Responsibility for optimal and sustainable management of resources (e.g. equipment)

- Continuous improvement in quality and service delivered to the production team.

- Alignment with HSE policies and 5S on the production shop floor.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
