Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Durgapur.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Daikin air-conditioning systems at customer locations, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, carrying out troubleshooting, and providing timely field service and technical support. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, documenting service activities,



and adhering to safety and quality standards.

The Service

Engineer will also support preventive maintenance programs and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for HVAC and air-conditioning systems.

Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site diagnostics and customer interaction.

Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills, including routine servicing, component replacement, and system testing.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, customer guidance, and coordination with internal teams.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering (or related field) is preferred.

Knowledge of air-conditioning technologies, safety practices, and basic electrical/mechanical systems is beneficial.

Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate service records.

Prior experience in HVAC service or a related technical service role in the building services or appliance sector is an advantage.
