Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of DURAG monitoring systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting troubleshooting and corrective actions, and providing timely field service and technical support. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation,



and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Service

Engineer will also communicate with customers to understand issues, provide guidance on system use, and coordinate with internal teams for parts, upgrades, and ongoing service improvements.

Qualifications

Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for instrumentation and monitoring systems

Experience in Field Service, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction

Maintenance & Repair skills for electronic, electrical, or control systems

Effective Communication skills for working with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, or Instrumentation)

Basic understanding of process control, industrial automation, or environmental monitoring systems

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and use relevant diagnostic tools

Willingness to travel to customer locations and work in industrial environments

Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation practice experiance: 4 to 12y
