This role is in the Group IT Service Management function.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability of services in the HR CRES Legal and/or Marcom organizations. The role will also contribution to the development of process improvement and efficiencies that are associated with the assigned systems services and tasks.

Role Responsibilities

- Accountable for Service Availability Performance Incident resolution and Customer Satisfaction of assigned services.
- Carry out processes and tasks efficiently and expeditiously.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement of applications / infrastructure.




- Review and assess customer feedback and utilize expertise to improve and refine services.
- Collaborate and strategize with management and Service Owners to simplify application / infrastructure landscape.
- Drive efforts to ensure Service Run issues are resolved and SLAs are met.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying and communicating customer needs and executing service delivery within the company context.
- Manage and deliver services with Customer first attitude to build and improve perception of Group IT.
